Mr. Ananta Ahmed

Ananta Ahmed is an International Green Building Expert, a USGBC Faculty (1^st in Bangladesh) and LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP EB O+M, LEED AP ID+C, LEED AP HOME & LEED AP ND (Professional  Credentials given by U S Green Building Council).

Ananta Ahmed started his Green Building Journey in 2010 with Cityscape International (First USGBC  LEED Platinum Level certified commercial building in Bangladesh) and he was LEED Green Associate  (1st in Bangladesh) since January 2012 and he is the only professional in Bangladesh and 2^nd in the  World with USGBC Faculty Status and with 5 (Five) USGBC Credentials.

Ananta Ahmed at 360 TSL received a great acknowledgement from USGBC for his work in the Green  Building Field and invited him to be USGBC Faculty (1^st in Bangladesh, 29 March 2018)) and he  joined. The success is even bigger considering that there are in the world 121 Faculty on over  206,000 LEED Professionals (AP and GA). He is the 2^nd professional in the World with USGBC Faculty  Status with 5 LEED Credentials.

Ananta Ahmed is a pioneer in Green Building Consultancy in Bangladesh and providing full range of  consultancy services to 75+ companies with 178+ projects with 25+ Million Sq. Ft. and Projects  Ratting System includes LEED BD+C CS v3 2009, LEED BD+C NC v3 2009, LEED EB O+M v3 2009, LEED  Campus v3, LEED ID+C v3 2009, LEED BD+C v4 2014, LEED EB O+M v4 2014, LEED Campus v4 etc. 

Ananta Ahmed is the leader in training of Green Building Concept in Bangladesh. Till today he  conducted 26 Daylong Green Building Workshops and trained 2140+ professionals with basic Green  Building Concept and LEED Rating System. He conducted many Green Building Workshops for  ‘Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association’ (BGMEA Chittagong), Chittagong  University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh Garments Accessories & Packaging  Manufacturers & Exporters Association (BGAPMEA) and Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority  (BEPZA).

Ananta Ahmed organized and conducted 8 LEED Green Associate Exam Prep Workshops and trained  125+ professional for USGBC LEED Accreditation Exam. He coached five professionals to achieve LEED  AP credentials. 

Ananta Ahmed was the Event Director and organized 1^st Bangladesh International Green Summit,  2016 a three-day long event successfully held in Bangabandhu International Convention Centre from  11 to 13 March, 2016.

Ananta Ahmed successfuly organized 2 “7 Day’s Green Learning Event 2018 & 2019” at KIB  Convention Centre and 360 TSL Training Centre.

Ananta Ahmed created a Step by Step Process and System for USGBC (LEED) Certification in  Bangladesh perspectives to make Green Journey a smooth and pleasant one.

Ananta Ahmed is the Convener of Bangladesh Green and Sustainable Development Council (BGSDC).  He is contributing in many policy level discussions to promote sustainability and make Bangladesh as  a Green Destination for all.
