Ghassan Al Ali is a mechanical engineer and business professional with over 20 years of experience in the MEP and HVAC industries. He is the Founder and CEO of Ghassan Al Ali Contracting Company (GACC), a leading Jordan-based firm specializing in HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and electrical systems. His leadership combines deep technical knowledge with strong financial management and strategic planning expertise, ensuring sustainable, cost-effective, and high-performance project delivery.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport – Alexandria – Egypt, with specialization in HVAC design. During his time at Petra Engineering Industries, he gained extensive experience in design, production, and promoting air-conditioning systems, and secured two patents that provided significant added value in design efficiency, cost reduction, and system performance.

A founding member of the ASHRAE Jordan Chapter, Eng. Al Ali has served as Chapter President (2020–2023), Treasurer, and Board of Governors Member since 2019, and currently serves as Regional Treasurer for the Region-at-Large (2022–2026). He also chairs the RAL Sponsors Support Ad Hoc Committee, contributes to the Fundraising and Financial Support Committee, and is a Professional Corresponding Member of ASHRAE Technical Committee T-TAC-TC01.07 – Business, Management & General Legal Matters. In 2024, he received the ASHRAE Chapter Service Award for distinguished service.
