The meeting provided a valuable platform to discuss the future of sustainable and healthy buildings, strengthen cooperation between ASHRAE and MOEI, and explore opportunities to support the continued development of building codes, standards, and best practices in the UAE.
The Dubai visit also included an engaging evening hosted by the ASHRAE Falcon Chapter UAE, bringing together chapter leadership and members for an open exchange with the ASHRAE President on sustainability, energy efficiency, chapter impact, and the evolving direction of the built environment.
This important stop reflected the strength of ASHRAE’s regional presence, where global leadership, local expertise, and government collaboration come together to advance a more sustainable, resilient, and healthy built environment.
